Payment Options
Please fill out an online registration form for each person attending the conference or applying for membership, if you have not done so yet. You may pay for multiple applications at once.

Credit or Debit Card
If you want to pay now, have your credit or debit card ready and click below. Make sure to scroll down for choices. Our online payment website is called Square. If you are paying for multiple attendees or members please list their names in the "Shopping Cart" in the box that says "Write a note to the seller" before you enter your credit card information into the Square website.
If you are having trouble using Internet Explorer
Before clicking 'Pay Now' PLEASE NOTE: We have discovered that Internet Explorer and the Square site do not always get along. Google Chrome is recommended for visiting the Square site to take care of payment. Firefoxshould also work. If you are using Internet Explorer make sure you are using an updated version and try clearing the cache. ( Click here for instructions for clearing IE cache.)
