Program Complaint Policy

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about their experience with New Jersey College Counseling Association (NJCCA), they may submit written correspondence to the president of NJCCA (Lisa Spatafore, PsyD at [email protected] or Katie Rizman, LCSW at [email protected]).

Although a specific outcome is not guaranteed, the individual can expect NJCCA to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within 15 business days.
