NJCCA Professional Recognition Award

Each year, NJCCA honors one of our colleagues for their commitment and impact to their students, institution, and to the counseling profession with the NJCCA Professional Recognition Award.

The criteria for the Award are:
  • Has implemented counseling interventions that have contributed positively to the well-being of students
  • Developed and applied innovative practices in the areas of personal, career, transfer or educational counseling the promote student success
  • Has earned at least a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a highly related field
  • Is a registered member of NJCCA.

Selection is made by the NJCCA Board members utilizing a blind selection process.

Award is presented at our annual Conference!
